Much has been said and speculated about raising capital or launching a new startup during and after the pandemic. From “VCs are not taking as many risks” to “Uber, Venmo, and AirBnB were founded during the 2008 financial crisis,” opinions vary. With so much uncertainty and the lingering doubt whether we are on the verge of a recession or not, entrepreneurs and aspiring founders have many questions, one of the most persistent being: Will the pandemic affect my investment opportunities?
